Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Betting Not On Gamstop team, what we can help with, and what falls outside our remit. We are an independent research and comparison site. We do not run any betting service, hold customer accounts or handle payments, so we cannot act on a problem with a bookmaker on your behalf.

What we can help with

Most messages we receive fall into one of the categories below. Telling us which one applies at the start of your message helps us route it properly.

  • Corrections: if a bonus term, payment detail or regulatory statement on the site looks out of date or wrong, tell us. Please say which page it is on and, if you can, where you saw the newer information.
  • Questions about our guides: for example, how wagering requirements work, what fractional odds mean, or what the difference is between an overseas licence and UK Gambling Commission authorisation.
  • Feedback and topic suggestions: markets, bet types, payment methods or bookmaker features you would like to see explained.
  • Business and editorial enquiries: if you represent a company and want to discuss information we hold about it, introduce yourself and be specific about what you have in mind.

What we cannot do

It is better to know this before you write, so you are not left waiting for a reply we cannot give.

  • We cannot access, change, close or unlock a betting account.
  • We cannot chase a withdrawal, reverse a bet or settle a dispute with a bookmaker.
  • We cannot confirm that a particular bonus or payment method is available to your account. Terms change, and the bookmaker's own current terms are the authority.
  • We cannot give personal betting, financial or legal advice, and we do not offer tips as a way to make money.

If you have a problem with a bookmaker

Start with the operator's customer support and keep a record of what you send and receive: screenshots, dates, transaction references and the terms that applied at the time. Most operators publish a complaints procedure, and it is worth reading it before you escalate.

Be aware that sites not on GamStop usually operate under overseas licences rather than a UK Gambling Commission licence. That can mean fewer routes for escalating a dispute in Great Britain. Our guide to trusted non GamStop casinos explains more about what to check, and the same checks on licensing, verification and withdrawal terms apply to bookmakers.

If gambling is causing you worry

If betting is affecting your finances, relationships or mood, support is available at no cost. In Great Britain you can contact GamCare through its National Gambling Helpline or online chat, or use BeGambleAware for guidance. GAMSTOP is the national self-exclusion scheme, and blocking software and deposit or loss limits can also help. If you chose to self-exclude, think carefully before signing up to any site outside that scheme.

If you tell us you are struggling, we will not try to sell you anything. We will point you towards these services.

How to write to us

  1. State the topic in your first line, such as correction, question, feedback or business enquiry.
  2. Include the page address or title you are referring to.
  3. Explain what you found and, for corrections, what you believe is accurate and the source.
  4. Leave out passwords, full card numbers and identity documents. We never need them.

Use the contact details shown in the site footer or on this page's contact options. We read messages individually and reply where a reply is useful, but we do not promise a fixed response time.

How we treat your message

We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry and improve the site. Our rankings are based on our research and editorial criteria, and commission does not buy position. Writing to us does not change any ranking, and we do not alter reviews in return for payment. The publisher may earn commission if you use links to operators, which is separate from our editorial assessments.

Information on this site was last checked on 1 October 2026. Bonuses and terms change often, so please verify them with the operator before you act.
